Why are Chogan perfumes inspired by...?

Chogan perfumes use the same olfactory essences as major luxury brands that do not own the rights to these fragrances. These essences come from Fragworld in Grasse, where Chogan holds an exclusive agreement.

This is why their scents are so similar. The difference lies in the perfume concentration, which ensures better longevity. Hence, they are described as being inspired by renowned brands.

What are the shipping times for your products?

We aim to process your order within 24 hours. However, this may sometimes extend to 72 hours. Once processed, your order will be handed over to the carrier and delivered within 4–5 business days (depending on promotional periods, seasons, and the shipping service).

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, it will go through a processing phase followed by shipment to your country. Once your package arrives in the destination country (approximately 5 business days after placing your order), you will receive an email from the local shipping company with tracking information. This usually happens two days before the delivery date.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs depend on various factors, such as promotions and seasonal offers. If shipping is free, it will be clearly displayed on our website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we primarily ship within Europe. If you are outside Europe, please reach out to us at contact@myluxuryfragrances.com.

Where are your products shipped from?

Our international warehouse is located in Italy.

I haven’t received my order yet. Why is it delayed?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We are sorry to hear about this issue. Please send a photo of the damaged item to our customer service team at contact@myluxuryfragrances.com, and we will promptly send you a replacement.

What is the quality of your products?

All our perfumes have a 30% fragrance concentration, making them perfume extracts—the highest quality in perfumery. This ensures at least 8 hours of longevity on the skin and over 48 hours on fabric.

They are made with denatured food-grade alcohol of organic quality, free from chemical fixatives, thanks to their high concentration compared to standard perfumes.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. If you are unable to make payments using any of these methods, please contact our support team at contact@myluxuryfragrances.com.

Can I work with you?

Absolutely! We offer two ways for you to collaborate with us, no matter where you are located:
