Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@myluxuryfragrances.com. Once your return request is approved, weβll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If you reside outside Germany, please note that return shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery and reach out immediately if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You receive a defective or incorrect item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and address it promptly.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have specific concerns about an item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original product and place a new order after the return has been approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt, without providing a reason. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
